In February 2015, a preliminary Interventions to Protect was assembled, hurriedly, to be given to the 25 MPPs members of ACO met during ACO's Heritage Day at Queens Park. That list is now updated, to 55 interventions by 21 of ACO's 25 branches plus six interventions in places where ACO has no branch.
These are interventions ACO knows of; there may be more. If your branch has made other interventions or needs to correct existing entries, please forward essential details, with at least one good-quality photograph, to:

Interventions to Protect, 2013-2015, with its mix of success, failure and decisions postponed, is not a sequel to 80 for 80: Celebrating 80 Years of the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario, which is a catalogue of spectacular ACO success between 1933 and 2013. The mixed record in Interventions to Protect, 2013-2015 may look like two steps forward, one step back and in many cases, it is. But that does not alter the fact that ACO continues to wage the ongoing campaign it launched in 1933, to celebrate and preserve Ontario's built and landscape heritage, with considerable success. This a campaign that all branches and all members of ACO can continue to be proud of and be keen to improve upon. So, let's keep up our good work!
